五日、幕府、南禅寺の訴えにより、加賀守護富樫泰高に命じて、僧定水の同寺領国得橋郷強入部加担者を処罰させる。

「南禅寺文書」延徳四年・明応元年(一四九ニ)九月

南禅寺雑掌と申す當寺領加州得橋郷の事、[ ][ ]行之處、定水都聞方々の輩に相語ら

い、強入部すべく意在を造ると云々、言語道断之次第也、既に彼都聞に於いては、先年寺

家に對して條々不義に致すに依り、御下知成られ、當寺追い出されおわぬ、然れば御免許

いまだ蒙らず、或いは所々徘徊(はいかい)す、或いは當郷を妨げる之條、罪科重疊せし

む者歟、所詮先度御成敗に任せる之旨、重く奉書成らるる之上者、同意之族に至れば、其

科處されるるべき之段、堅く被官人等に下知加えられるべき之由、仰せ出ださるる候也、

This piece of evidence is not directly related to the Ikkō sect or ikki, however what it does reveal is that in 1492, the Bakufu still believed that Yasutaka exercised authority over Nomi gun (at least). The Bakufu was thus prepared to acknowledge Yasutaka as Shugo, as they were ordering him to exercise his office in order to punish Teisui (a monk) for his transgressions. It appears as though Teisui had been expelled from Nanzenji the year before, hence he seemed bent on enacting some form of revenge (with partners) against the temple. The other interesting point behind this document is that it deals with property in Nomi gun, which Yasutaka may have been administering on behalf of Honganji
